The 4 Pillars to a Network Marketing Breakthrough – Part 2

Today we're talking about the 2nd pillar in the 4 pillars to a network marketing breakthrough.

Pillar #2 is one that most people think they can "do without". If you have this mentality, I'm here to tell you this is the pillar that is holding you back from that breakthrough you need, so listen up!​

Pillar #2 - Event Cycle​

Events are essential to your team's success. Not only the event itself, but working your business in a cycle... Our cycle usually lasts between 90-100 days. We work our business from event to event.

By working your business from event to event, you're able to scale your business. Your overall goal should be having more people at the next event then you had at the last.

For those "Event Haters" out there (you know who you are) telling yourself you don't need events to be successful, you're sabotaging your own business.

I'll agree, not everyone needs motivation every single month to go out and build. Some people are made different and can keep driving a lot longer than others.

However, you are a RARE breed. 

You may be able to continue to build business for months or years without an event, but your team CANNOT!

Everything you do your team will duplicate. So if you aren't promoting or attending events, because you think they're a "waste of time" or just a "rah rah session", your team will never grow.

Most people NEED monthly and quarterly events to keep focused and motivated. If you don't go, your team won't think they're important and won't go, which will lead to them running out of steam and eventually falling away. 

Events make you money! 

Eric Worre, a personal mentor of ours, said you can plan on making $1,000 a year per person you have attending national events. 

So become a Master Event Promoter, and see how fast your business starts to grow.

Your event cycle should starts with your invite. Utilize tools that have been given to you by your company. Using tools creates duplication in your team.

Take them from an invite to a meeting. Whether it be a one-on-one meeting or a home meeting. Take them from the smaller meeting to a regional event and then to a national event.

Promote - Promote - Promote​

The more you can keep people plugged in, the more apt they are to find success.

The best part is, they're getting valuable training from people other than you! It's the perfect way to leverage what your company already has set up to give you more time freedom. 

Next week we'll talk about the 3rd pillar that needs to be in place for you to achieve a breakthrough in your network marketing business.
